The print uses your listing photos, a headline about coming back without the high fees, and a QR to your TrueBookings homepage. You can show the street address or the listing title, for example Apartment in Stockholm, Sweden. Below is a real example from a live listing.
Open your host admin and choose the Print card tab next to Profile, Facebook, and Settings. Pick the language guests will read at the table. Turn the address switch on if you want the street on the paper, or leave it off to use the listing title. Then tap Print A4.
The kitchen table, the hallway bowl, or the folder with WiFi works better than a PDF in an inbox. Guests already know the beds and the view. What they lack is a simple next step that is not another Airbnb or Booking.com checkout with high extras on top.
If you do a handover, point at the page. The guest should leave knowing they can book the same nights next year on TrueBookings, keep more of the price, and still pay you the same nightly amount. That is specific. A generic follow us is not.
Log in, open the Print card tab, and put one A4 on the table before the next checkout. New hosts can create an account and complete the listing first.

Where do I print the A4 page?
In host admin, open the Print card tab. Choose language, choose whether to show the street address, then tap Print A4.
What does the guest actually get?
A paper page with your photos, a short explanation, and a QR to your TrueBookings listing. They can book the same home again without the high extras the large platforms add, while you still earn the same.
Do I pay a host fee on those return stays?
No. TrueBookings charges hosts 0 percent commission. Guests pay a small service fee. More of what they pay goes to you than on platforms that take a host cut and add high guest extras.
Can I print in the guest’s language?
Yes. The Print card tab includes the same language list as the other host tools. Print Swedish for a Swedish stay, English for an international group, and so on.
