How to Complete Your Property Listing

After becoming a host, access your admin dashboard:

• Log in to your TrueBookings account
• Navigate to your admin dashboard
• Click on the "Settings" tab in the navigation
• You'll see multiple sub-tabs: Basic Info, Pricing, Amenities, Policies, Photos, and Payment Setup

Fill out the essential property details in the "Basic Info" tab:

• Property Type: Select from house, apartment, cabin, villa, room, etc.
• Country: Select the country where your property is located
• Street Address: Enter the full street address (required)
• City: Enter the city name (required - this is used with location to generate your property title)
• Postal Code: Enter the postal code
• Property Description: Write a compelling description highlighting unique features (required)
• Maximum Adults, Children, Infants, Pets: Set capacity limits
• Bedrooms, Beds, Bathrooms: Specify the exact count
• Property Area: Enter square footage or square meters
• Year Built & Last Renovated: Add property age information
• Check-in & Check-out Times: Set your preferred times
• Instant Bookable: Choose if your property allows instant booking (all bookings are automatically confirmed when payment is successful)
• Self Check-in: Indicate if self check-in is available

Add high-quality photos in the "Photos" tab:

• Hero Photo: Upload your best exterior shot or most impressive interior view (required)
• Gallery Photos: Upload at least 3 additional photos showing different areas of your property
• Photo Quality: Use high-resolution images with good lighting
• Photo Order: Arrange photos to showcase your property's best features

Configure your pricing in the "Pricing" tab:

• Currency: Select your preferred currency (USD, EUR, SEK, etc.)
• Base Nightly Rate: Set your standard nightly rate (required)
• Weekly Rate: Optional - set discounted rate for 7+ night stays
• Monthly Rate: Optional - set discounted rate for 28+ night stays
• VAT/Tax Status: Enable if you're registered for VAT in your country
• Service Fee: TrueBookings automatically adds a service fee: 5% in Sweden, 8% outside Sweden

Select available amenities in the "Amenities" tab:

• Check all amenities that apply: WiFi, Air Conditioning, Heating, Kitchen, Washer, Dryer, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Elevator, Parking, and more
• Select accessibility features if applicable
• Indicate if parties are allowed or if the property is child-friendly

Configure your booking policies in the "Policies" tab:

• Cancellation Policy: Choose from flexible, moderate, or strict policies
• Minimum Stay: Set minimum night requirements
• House Rules: Add any specific rules for guests

Complete payment setup in the "Payment Setup" tab:

• Stripe Connect: Click to connect your Stripe Express account
• Complete Onboarding: Follow Stripe's verification process
• Required for Bookings: Your listing won't receive bookings until Stripe is connected
• Receive Payments: Once connected, you'll receive payouts directly to your bank account
