Access to OWN DOCK, 150 meters from the cottage

The cottage on Resarö is 36 square meters, with an open ridge, which makes the house airy, has 2 rooms with 4 beds. An additional folding bed is available. Baby bed on request. In the living room, as we call it, there is a sofa bed that is 160 cm wide, suitable for 2 people. Coffee table with 2 armchairs, round dining table, extendable and space for 6 people. Wardrobe.
A large wooden deck/balcony is available with a dining table and 4 chairs, if more chairs are desired we can arrange it.

The second room contains a kitchen with a 2-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and necessary kitchen equipment.
Wardrobe with drawers and a double bed that is 160 cm wide. Shutter door between the rooms.

GARDEN with BBQ
Large wooden deck for cozy meals and outdoor living with dining table and chairs. Adjustable large parasol. Charcoal grill.

The car park has space for several cars, convenient for loading and unloading from the car. No stairs.

The cottage is located on our large garden plot with apple trees, a peony alley with 20 golden rain peonies, giant birches and large lawns where you can play various ball games.

Morning or evening swims are only 150 meters from the cottage down to the jetty, which is private. The sunset is magical.

If you come to the cottage by boat, we can arrange a mooring for a smaller boat.

Walking distance to a child-friendly beach with a playground, changing cabins, toilets 400 meters away. There are several swimming areas on the island.

Cycle path to Vaxholm

ICA store only 2 km, which can be reached by bus. Open 08.00-21.00.

5 minutes walking distance to the bus stop that takes you to Vaxholm or Stockholm. Frequent bus connections.SL.se

VAXHOLM
Only 55 min. boat ride from Stockholm and yet a completely different world. VAXHOLM offers cozy restaurants, cafes and shops, ice cream parlors. Art exhibitions. Swimming areas. Cinema. Food store. System company. Health center.

Boat trip from Stockholm via WAXHOLMSBOLAGET Departure STRÖMKAJEN. From NYBROKAJEN depart STRÖMMAKANALBOLAGET boats and fast CINDERELLA boats. 45-75 min.

By BUS that goes to the cottage, take 670 from Tekniska Högskolan and change to bus 682 at ENGARN which also takes you 150 meters to the cottage. Bus 680 has a direct line to Överby, the cottage.

ARLANDA airport
It takes 45-50 minutes to drive from the cottage. Skavsta airport about 1 hour and 45 minutes. approx.

ATTRACTIONS
Ex. VAXHOLMS CASTELL, which will take you over by cable ferry. BOGESUNDS Castle and Cafe and nearby swimming area which is also suitable for children. BOGESUNDS nature reserve
Midsummer is celebrated at our Pavilion and there is also a lunch restaurant with full rights. It is within walking distance.
